PanchKedar Trek

The Panch Kedar Trek is a profound spiritual and natural journey beyond the Char Dham and Do Dham Yatras, ideal for seekers of faith, mythology, and Himalayan beauty. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this 12-day trek covers the five sacred temples—Kedarnath, Madhyamaheshwar, Tungnath, Rudranath, and Kalpeshwar—set amid stunning Garhwal landscapes. Along the way, trekkers experience serene bugyals like Lyuti and Pung, cascading waterfalls, hot springs, river streams, and majestic peaks including Chaukhamba, Nanda Ghunti, Janhukut, and Kedarnath Main. Rooted in the Mahabharata, the trek narrates the tale of the Pandavas’ penance and Lord Shiva’s manifestation across five locations. Open from May to November, Panch Kedar blends devotion, mythology, perseverance, and raw Himalayan beauty into one unforgettable pilgrimage on foot, following the route: Kedarnath → Madhyamaheshwar → Tungnath → Rudranath → Kalpeshwar.
